Hammonton, NJ is a town of just under 15,000 people. The town is a unique place filled with caring people who are committed to making the town a great place to live. It's surprising to see how much need there is in the town. While there are many organizations that exist to help those in need, there is a still a void. Hammonton Helps is a charitable organization whose purpose is to provide temporary help to the needy including food, clothing, temporary shelter and financial assistance while serving as a liaison with other organizations who can provide the additional short term and/or long term care and assistance that may be necessary. Hammonton Helps meets the first Wednesday of every month. All are welcome to attend. You can see the upcoming events on this page or the full calendar to find out ways you can get involved.

The first Town Hall Meeting was held on December 7, 2007. Her efforts began the much needed formation of Hammonton Helps, a group dedicated to providing assistance to those in need in Hammonton.
